[_] Anon 3467715 23/37 I think I did well enough Marked for deletion (old).
>> [_] Anon 3467716 I'm a physics undergrad and I got 30/37. I large part of this quiz is about physics history more than physics, and there are also a lot of questions about string theory, and I'm not well versed on either of these subjects so I took several wild guesses, to be completely honest. I was only confident in answering like half of the questions. It would have been nice to see the solution to each question and a breakdown of your answers afterwards, but oh well.
>> [_] Anon 3467717 23/37 and I just guessed the whole time. Physics is easy!
>> [_] Anon 3467719 >># The bane of multiple choice tests.
>> [_] The sleepy one. 3467720 >># Lol, you were lucky. I was also guessing and got just 17/37
>> [_] Anon 3467725 29/37, I'm a MS in CS. I agree with the other anon about this being a bit more on the history than the physics itself. Would have also wanted to see which guesses were correct.
>> [_] Anon 3467727 > 29/37, I'm a MS in CS. holy shit, same
>> [_] Anon 3467736 15 / 37 I am a layman that watches a science YouTube channel. I recognized some of the words and made inferences thereof.
>> [_] Anon 3467737 >># Your score would have been better if you had only picked "true" or only picked "false" on all questions without reading them.
>> [_] Anon 3467741 >># 22/37 enginiggering student but i've studied physics (incl. quantum physics but it all flew over my head) and some topics do genuinely interest me would have gotten 2-3 more if i didn't skip through 5-6 of them (did it because of some retarded reason)
>> [_] Anon 3467742 27/37, didn't know the answer to a single one like high school all over again
>> [_] Anon 3467744 21/37
>> [_] John Moses Browning 3467753 >1. Brian Greeene likes String Theory What the hell is that question? Which physics books, which formular, which dissertations do I have to learn to answer this question??

>> [_] John Moses Browning 3467761 >># Thanks I guess "Brian Greene wrote books about String Theory" would have been better worded, oh well
>> [_] Anon 3467783 >># 15/37 Am I retarded? I have no idea what I'm doing.
>> [_] anonymous 3467786 >># 18/37 I watched the big bang theory
>> [_] John Moses Browning 3467792 Wow I also got 23 now
>> [_] Anon 3467817 >># 18/37, i've never studied physics in any great detail outside of middle school.
>> [_] Anon 3467818 >># 21/37 I think I mostly got the questions related to physics history wrong but everything else was easy enough
>> [_] Anon 3467820 >># >20/37 didn't even read the questions just answered false to everything
>> [_] Anon 3467833 25/37, reminded me of when i got the highest scholarship among my friends despite being a retard in math and physics and having studied the least.
>> [_] Anon 3467840 I know anything about physics and i have 16/37
>> [_] Anon 3467844 >># I tried to look a bit further into some of the questions and it is now obvious to me that this quiz was made by a complete layman, which is ironic since the creator is mocking people on the internet for pretending to be knowledgeable about physics. Many of the questions have very iffy phrasing, making it difficult to just answer them with only "true" and "false" as choices. This is in addition to the questionable decision to include questions about physics history or questions about the opinion of people about theories in a "quiz on modern physics". Like the other anon already said himself, the quiz starts off pretty awful with the very first question. This is on top of the problem that a series of multiple choice questions with two possible answers (and one with four) is in general already a very poor way to make a quiz like this, since the expected value for such a quiz is 50% of the points if someone were to just answer randomly. And finally not revealing what answers were considered correct or incorrect in the end is just another red flag. So I went through the arduous task of checking questions by filling out the entire quiz multiple times except flipping the answer on one question to check what would have been considered the right answer by comparing the total points. And, to no ones surprise, some of the questions are just plain incorrect. What a waste of time.
>> [_] Anon 3467845 25/37, the last 4 I got tired of how many questions it was asking and just wanted to click through and find out if a screamer was awaiting me
>> [_] Anon 3467855 >># I got 26, I barely know anything about physics or quantum physics, nor the history.
>> [_] Anon 3467858 30/37. I studied computer engineering, but took a cosmology course once that was incredibly interesting (I read the textbook cover-to-cover) where I was introduced (at least superficially) to relativity theory. I've also been doing some reading every now and then on the subject. Very pleasant music, by the way.
>> [_] Anon 3467863 23/37 as well.
>> [_] Anon 3467867 29/37 534D5249DG139943DA0 (no idea what this code is) I pretty much agree with everything in >>#, except that I've barely formally studied modern physics at all and am a college dropout.

[_] [G] Dumbasses need not apply! Anon 1392771 37 questions
>> [_] Anon 1392780 Interested in science as a child, dropped out when I was in tenth grade, just going from what I've picked up from then and since. 22 of 37. I'm well pleased.
>> [_] Anon 1392782 27 out of 37. Did some physics at uni. The fact that you can't see how many questions there are left is VERY discouraging and started bothering me at around 30 questions in. I move shit sucks.
>> [_] Anon 1392788 24 lol, thanks brain for not remembering names and dates.
>> [_] Anon 1392789 23/37 And also, I thought that this was a troll. That the questions would keep being asked. I guess not!
>> [_] Anon 1392791 Who came up with something, and when someone came up with something don't fucking matter. Understanding how something works and why it works is what actually counts.
>> [_] Anon 1392792 22 No college experience.
>> [_] Anon 1392793 31/37. college dropout.
>> [_] Anon 1392794 This test may or may not exist thus the score is not acutely observable at any one point and if it could be observed the score would not reflect reality. btw, I've found the link between gravity and electromagnetism. Weak attractors be damned!
>> [_] Anon 1392795 light is SO sound waves~!
>> [_] Anon 1392799 24, feeling int-buff'd
>> [_] Anon 1392800 Highschool dropout, PBS, 32 out of 37, fuck off.
>> [_] Anon 1392805 >># Can you actually solve tensor equations? PBS is a great way to learn trivia. This quiz is a great way to test it. Of course if you can do tensors and metrics I stand corrected, but else you can't use general relativity for anything or prove it even if you know some things about the theory and some of its predictions, and your knowledge is worth shit. inb4butthurt, just delivering a reality check
>> [_] anonymous 1392807 I've gotten past question 15 with 100% success.. I'll stop now.
>> [_] Anon 1392808 23 More of a history test than a physics test.
>> [_] Anon 1392812 33/37
>> [_] Anon 1392828 26/37 did better than i thought considering the quantum mechanics thing isn't something i've studied.
>> [_] Anon 1392835 How the fuck does knowing if a particular Physicist believes in a particular theory make someone knowledgeable about physics in general? This is like asking someone who is very good at fixing cars who won the last Brooklyns race, or what the make of the car is that Ayrton Senna was driving when he died. IT DOESN'T TEST ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICS, JUST FANS OF CARS IN GENERAL. I was glad when it asked some actual freakin physics questions. 28 out of 37, English Major.
>> [_] Anon 1392838 this test was shit. it contained more history than it did actual physics. "who discovered gravity". Awesome. How about you ask me about the terminal velocity of an airplane, or ask me if i understand how gravity is calculated.
>> [_] Anon 1392839 >># >IT DOESN'T TEST ACTUAL KNOWLEDGE OF MECHANICS, JUST FANS OF CARS IN GENERAL. >English Major. God damn it why is everything in this world shitty
>> [_] Anon 1392852 seems more like a history test to me
>> [_] Anon 1392856 20/37 I thought i was gonna get 0
>> [_] Anon 1392860 34 out of 37. College dropout and day laborer. So glad I read all those books by Hawking and papers by Bohr and Einstein instead of doing something worthwhile.
>> [_] Anon 1392862 25/37 still in high school
>> [_] Anon 1392869 37/37. I'm 12 and what is this?
>> [_] Anon 1392883 i got 22
>> [_] Anon 1392894 29/37 Berkeley (humanities) dropout. The first 10 questions are more of a "Who's Who" of physics, and don't really have any relevance to one's comprehension level of physics.
>> [_] Anon 1392904 16. I hate how fucking everything has to be named differently in English. Not to mention the random "name one physicist out of thousands" questions.
>> [_] Anon 1392923 23 of 37
>> [_] Anon 1392929 always press false 20/37
>> [_] Anon 1392941 >># lolololol. yeah. I understood next to nothing asked by these questions and I got 24/37
>> [_] Anon 1392968 19/27 & I don't know shit about physics. I just barely pass.
>> [_] Anon 1392973 21/37 with random clicking here.
>> [_] Anon 1392997 >># >># >># Thank you. I quit taking the test because of this.
