  It remembers changes that seemed to work and makes adjustments to everything else until it
  theoretically gets the best vehicle which can go the furthest

  The problem is that it wipes itself every 20 new attempts, so it doesn't really have time to make
  anything worthwhile, hence why it just seems to be spazzing out

  if you let it run long enough, it will evolve to the point where it actually runs.

  the red parts cannot touch the ground otherwise the mutation fails, and the blue parts are the
  wheels. after each set of 20 mutations, it selects the best traits for the next set of mutations.
