If he and his dev team actually gave a shit then scheduling as well as staff allocation, risk mitigation and risk contingency strategies would have been in place for the exact scenarios this "hard worker" is whining about. Regardless of how hard he works, it's still everyone's responsibility to create, read and know the proper documentation prior to any work being done.
