Not to any meaningful degree, anyway. Younger kids, they're mostly going to be dicks to you. You should just accept that as fact. What I've found from the older generations going back to college, is that they often have familys and jobs to be getting back to, and don't have the free time to dick around on campus that the average college student has in excess. Kids fresh out of high school are more or less still in their diapers. College is a glorified daycare for them. Only after their junior years do most of them get their shit together and realize how real everything is.
