Back before internet and communication was on high you could do things irl that were bad and people wouldn't really find out cause they had no way. When the internet started getting big and every person got a cellphone it became harder to get away with deviance but online it was still ok, things could be anonymous and even if they weren't no one really cared. Leaning into 2007ish people started to become a lot more aware of people's negative attitudes and sought after to change that or remove it. Where do we go from here? 4chan is one of the few sites left where people can have honest conversations because we're all anonymous. No one cares about taking the moral high ground it's all about the most logical answer for the greater good. What do they call us? The cancer of the Internet. Just because we speak the truth and have free will over what we say without it being influenced by the opinions of others. We're on a sinking ship, it's been an honour sailing with you all.
