There is not .html5 file like .swf, .html would be quite the challenge to implement. Anons would have to manually implement a way that packs and depacks .html5 files in a standardized way with all existing file structures in mind and make it so your pc wouldn't scream in agony of MAH WALRUS. And nobody on the dev team will do that. /webm/ would be way more likely, but we already got the dead format /gif/ board for that, so...
