its similar to rummy if you've ever played that
every turn you have to draw a tile and discard a tile
to win a round, your hand has to be comprised of 4 sets of 3 tiles and one pair. The sets of
tiles can either be three copies of the same tile or three tiles in a row.
You also have to have something special about your hand to complete it, the easiest being either
having a closed(entirely hidden) hand or getting 3 of the same dragon or wind.
You can steal tiles from opponents discards, but this opens up your hand so you have to find
another special thing about your hand.
