As a Half-Orc rogue though at level 8 I see about 50 dex (good amount) and a more manageable 20 strength... and that's only at level 8. as it progresses the Half-Orc Rogue will be a complete badass, and is already on par with my Gnome Wizard for just how fast he melts enemies away.

Dex is on the other hand constantly upgraded by equipment improvements, so the % increase from quicken to total attack damage would be less than from muscles.

I notice heath goes up depending on the mount you get, and the weapons and armor as well. I'm not sure, I think it buys it depending on the power for weapon, and defense of the armor, and doesn't take into account any other mods the item might have.
