Inspect the high vent, click on the cabinet to move it over, click on the cabinet again to climb up to the vent. Click on the vent once, twice, and you'll fall down. 3. Click underneath the stairs, towards the bottom. You may have to hover your cursor around to find the hotspot (it turns into a hand). Hide there until the guy goes away. Go into the door he leaves open. 4. Go into the door on the wall towards the back, next to the staircase, to get into the kitchen. Open the lower cabinet to find rat poison. Inspect the higher cabinet, click on the wooden chair by the table, click on the chair to move it, click on the chair again to climb it, and click on the higher cabinet to get the cat food.
